LANDOWNERS FOR PROPERTY RIGHTS
What do you do when a private company threatens landowners with eminent domain? You stand up, give landowners a voice, and protect our land for future generations! One of the nation's largest energy companies wanted to build a major petroleum pipeline from South Carolina to Florida, crossing coastal marshes, rivers and hundreds of miles of private property. Landowners for Property Rights educated the public, fought to protect their rights, and helped to defeat the Palmetto Pipeline.
